Quinoa and Kale Bite


In my quest for all things kale, I came across a quinoa and kale salad at a local bistro. 
This salad had a lemony punch to it that was just exhilarating. The addition of purple grapes
lent a crunch and sweetness to cut through the lemon. I just knew that I was going to need
these flavors for a few days in a row and I wasn't willing to pay it's 9 dollar price tag more 
than once this week. Time to take it to the kitchen!

Upon recreating this salad at home I used preserved lemon chopped into the lemon
